Dur-O-Tone History

The French paper mill was established in 1922 along the St. Joseph River. French papers are manufactured using French’s own hydroelectric generator.  French is environmentally aware, and you will be pleased that the “Butcher” colors are manufactured using fibers that are 100% recycled. Butcher has a smooth galvanized finish, perfect for four-color printing. Butcher contains three different shades of white; and includes pastel and vibrant colors if your creation needs some flare. The Newsprint contains two shades of white and the color “aged” in several different sizes and weights.  Dur-O-Tone also comes in steel gray and packing brown wrap in several sizes for your convenience.
